Icicles make a stairway very slippery. A cold winter morning in Ushuaia, the southermost city in the world. Ushuaia, capital of Tierra del Fuego Province, Argentina, is considered to be the southernmost city in the world. It is located on the southern coast of the Tierra del Fuego island in Argentina, in a setting surrounded by mountains and overlooking the Beagle Channel. This picture was taken in September 2004.
